To be a Nerve-centre for effective administration, strategic management, and deployment of the Commission’s human capital and other resources towards the realization of the Commission’s goal and objectives.

Mandate

The Mandate of the Department include:

Strategic Management of the Commission’s human capital in terms of Talent Management and Recruitment, Compensation, Benefits and Rewards, Employee Welfare, Learning and Skills Development.

Ensuring optimal deployment and leverage of administrative and general services.

STRUCTURE AND FUNCTIONS OF THE MANAGEMENT

Appointment, Promotion and Discipline Division

i. Documentation and posting of newly recruited staff of the Commission and general deployment of staff

ii. Regularization and Gazetting of staff

iii. Transfer of service

iv. Preparation of Briefs of officers for promotion

v. Handle appeals and petitions

Establishment and Records Division

i. Nominal Roll

ii. Records 

iii. Registry

Training And Staff Welfare Division

i. Training of Staff

ii. Compensation, Benefits and Rewards

iii. Employee Welfare, Learning and skills Development 

General Service/Store Division

i. Processing and payment of the Commission’s bills (water and electricity bills)  

ii. Disbursing of the fuel imprest of the project vehicles.

iii. Mail services

iv. Protection of lives and property of staff

v. General maintenance of existing infrastructural and Physical facilities within the office premises.

vi. Supervision of the Company responsible for the general cleaning of the office premises.

vii. Processing of staff requests for office accommodation, furniture and equipment.

viii. Collation of Departmental reports and General Administration
